Are you an experienced Procurement or Commercial Operations professional within the MSP / IT Services space? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, ownership, and commercial awareness are key?
We're working with a growing Managed Service Provider looking to hire a Procurement & Commercial Operations Administrator to play a critical role across procurement, contracts, billing, and vendor management. This is a high impact position supporting Sales, Finance, Delivery, and external vendors ensuring revenue accuracy, margin protection, and a seamless customer experience.
The Role
- End-to-end procurement, quoting support, and purchase order management
- Contract setup, renewals, and subscription management
- Management of recurring billing cycles and billing accuracy
- Hands-on administration and optimisation of Autotask
- Supporting internal teams across Sales, Finance, and Technical Delivery
- Vendor and customer liaison to ensure smooth service and delivery
- Maintaining accurate, audit-ready commercial records
What You'll Need (Essential)
- Previous experience within an MSP / IT Services environment
- Strong, hands-on experience using Autotask (live system use)
- Proven experience managing:
- Procurement & purchase orders
- Contracts & renewals
- Recurring billing cycles
Desirable Experience
- Office 365 / NCE licensing knowledge
- Kaseya Quote Manager
- NetSuite
- Telecoms provisioning (e.g. Gamma)
