Are you an experienced Procurement or Commercial Operations professional within the MSP / IT Services space? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, ownership, and commercial awareness are key?

We're working with a growing Managed Service Provider looking to hire a Procurement & Commercial Operations Administrator to play a critical role across procurement, contracts, billing, and vendor management. This is a high impact position supporting Sales, Finance, Delivery, and external vendors ensuring revenue accuracy, margin protection, and a seamless customer experience.

The Role

  • End-to-end procurement, quoting support, and purchase order management
  • Contract setup, renewals, and subscription management
  • Management of recurring billing cycles and billing accuracy
  • Hands-on administration and optimisation of Autotask
  • Supporting internal teams across Sales, Finance, and Technical Delivery
  • Vendor and customer liaison to ensure smooth service and delivery
  • Maintaining accurate, audit-ready commercial records

What You'll Need (Essential)

  • Previous experience within an MSP / IT Services environment
  • Strong, hands-on experience using Autotask (live system use)
  • Proven experience managing:
  • Procurement & purchase orders
  • Contracts & renewals
  • Recurring billing cycles
  • High attention to detail with strong numerical and reconciliation skills
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Technical teams
  • Experience liaising with vendors and customers
  • Desirable Experience

    • Office 365 / NCE licensing knowledge
    • Kaseya Quote Manager
    • NetSuite
    • Telecoms provisioning (e.g. Gamma)
