About the Role
As a Lighting Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of bringing projects to life, working closely with clients and technical teams to ensure smooth, on-time, and on-budget delivery. Your role will span planning, execution, logistics, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong client relationships; oversee project planning and delivery.
- Evaluate technical and creative ideas using industry experience, data, and collaboration.
- Input and manage orders via Rental Management Software (Current RMS).
- Liaise with the Operations team for equipment coordination and logistics.
- Collaborate with Lighting Designers, Technicians, and Crew Booking Manager to ensure optimal staffing.
- Stay informed on and proficient with Colour Sound’s hire stock and equipment.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure equipment and crew are on-site and ready.
- Source cost-effective gear and service solutions from suppliers.
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance both at HQ and on-site.

- A strong network and familiarity with the UK, European, and Middle Eastern markets.
- Strong industry experience and technical know-how, ideally with CAD software (WYSIWYG) and Current RMS (training available if needed).
