IT Support Engineer – Truro – £30,000 – Hybrid Working!
In this role, you’ll provide hands‑on 1st/2nd line support across their offices, keeping users connected, productive, and secure. You’ll handle device setup, user onboarding, software installs, troubleshooting, patching, and play a key part in maintaining a reliable IT environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering responsive IT support across multiple sites
- Setting up and configuring laptops, mobiles, and user accounts
- Supporting Microsoft 365, AD, Azure, Exchange and general networking
- Maintaining systems, software, and security updates
- Working closely with the wider IT team to deliver excellent service
About you:
- Experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support or service desk role
- Strong Microsoft 365, AD, Azure, Exchange and networking knowledge
- Customer-focused with great communication skills
- Happy working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
- Full UK driving licence
