Salary: from £55,000 to £60,000 plus bonus and package

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager within the Building Services/ Facilities Maintenance Industry (hard services). This Business Development Manager will be responsible for the commercial building services maintenance side of the business. They will be supporting current commercial sites and looking to improve and grow existing maintenance contracts throughout multiple sites. They will be expected to support the sales team with new enquiries as well as following their own leads.

The right person for this position will already have experience as a Business Development Manager within Facilities Maintenance (hard services). They need to have experience in dealing with service contracts as well as some experience with projects. We need this person to already have a background dealing with multi million pound service contracts and they need to be very client focused.

Requirements:

  • Experienced as a Business Development Manager
  • Must be experienced in dealing with Facilities Maintenance Service Contracts
  • Experience dealing with senior management and directors
  • Driving licence is preferred but not essential
  • Technical knowledge of electrical or mechanical maintenance is preferred but not essential
  • Must attend head office at least one day a week; the rest of the time will be working hybrid
  • Very client driven
  • Experience in dealing with multi million pound service contracts
