We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager within the Building Services / Facilities Maintenance Industry (hard services). This Business Development Manager will be responsible for the education side of the business. They will support current educational sites and look to improve and grow existing maintenance contracts across multiple sites. They will support the sales team with new enquiries and follow their own leads.

Requirements:

  • Experienced as a Business Development Manager
  • Experienced in dealing with Facilities Maintenance Service Contracts
  • Experience dealing with educational management and directors
  • Driving licence preferred but not essential
  • Technical knowledge of electrical or mechanical maintenance preferred but not essential
  • Must attend head office at least one day a week; remaining time hybrid
  • Very client driven
  • Experience in dealing with multi-million pound service contracts
