About the Role
A well-established fire and security specialist is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Fire Alarm Service, Installation & Commissioning Engineer with a strong bias towards fire systems and project construction work. The business provides high-quality fire and security solutions across residential and commercial properties throughout London and the Home Counties, with a strong reputation for professionalism, customer service, and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of fire alarm systems
- Installation and commissioning of fire alarm systems across residential properties
- Working on project-based construction installations
- Ensuring all work is completed to current industry standards and regulations
- Providing excellent customer service on-site
- Supporting junior engineers where required
- Participating in the call-out rota (1 in 6 weeks)
Systems & Manufacturers
Experience working with systems such as: Brevo (and similar fire alarm systems)
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Engineer
- Strong background in servicing, installation, and commissioning
- Fire-biased engineering experience essential
- Experience working within residential properties
- Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- FIA training desirable
