Position Overview: Attend service and preventative maintenance visits to commercial and public sector clients within the southern regions of the UK, minimising downtime for clients within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend out reactive service calls, liaising with clients and resolving their issues quickly and effectively.
- Carry out pro‑active preventative maintenance visits.
- Fault finding and troubleshooting network related issues.
- Acting as the point of contact for clients when on site, keeping them informed of any progress.
- Troubleshooting control system and DSP issues.
- Maintaining up to date service documentation.
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience servicing and maintaining corporate AV systems.
- Hands on experience troubleshooting audio visual systems such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Poly, Cisco. Any configuration experience would be highly beneficial.
- A clean criminal record with the ability to pass an advanced DBS check.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Package:
- Salary: £27K - £32K plus additional waiting allowance of £3K - £5K per annum
- Overtime rates up to 2X
