We are an internationally renowned audio visual integrator, specialising in delivering high‑end AV solutions to commercial and government sectors.
Role Overview
You will assist with the installation of corporate AV systems and take responsibility for the commissioning and testing of all installed equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install corporate AV hardware including control systems, projectors, screens, cabling, cameras, microphones and speakers.
- Build data racks to a tidy, high standard.
- Configure audio DSPs.
- Commission and test installed systems to ensure full functionality.
- Make alterations to DSP configurations as required.
- Carry out firmware updates and upload prewritten programme files to control systems.
- Provide product training to clients and ensure a thorough handover upon completion.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety procedures.
Essential Qualities and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year’s AV installation experience.
- Basic technical knowledge with the ability to modify control systems and DSP configurations (e.g. Biamp, QSYS or similar).
- Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks.
- Willingness to travel and work away from home when required.
- Full UK driving licence.
Preferred Qualities and Skills
- CTS certification.
- Manufacturer certifications with Biamp, QSC or Dante.
Package
- Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 per annum.
- Paid door‑to‑door travel.
- Overtime paid at up to 1.5× standard rate.
