We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Manager who knows how to run projects and win them. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of estimating, tendering, and delivering electrical projects across both commercial and domestic sectors—while building and leading a high‑performing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Pricing work and winning projects by producing accurate, competitive tenders
- Managing projects from award through to completion
- Leading electricians, subcontractors, and apprentices
- Monitoring programme, cost, and quality performance
- Ensuring all work complies with BS 7671 standards
- Acting as NICEIC Qualified Supervisor (QS): certification, auditing, and mentoring
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a senior electrical role (Manager, Supervisor, Estimator or similar)
- Strong knowledge of 18th Edition (BS 7671)
- Experience in managing either project or maintenance teams
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Confident acting as, or previously holding, NICEIC QS status
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- City & Guilds 2382 – 18th Edition
- City & Guilds 2391 – Inspection & Testing
