I am recruiting for a leading force in the automotive/industrial/waste/recycling lubricants sector delivering innovative solutions and services that make a real impact. As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join the external team and drive the business growth in the West Yorkshire region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations, presentations, and close new business deals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet targets.
- Experience with CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
