Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Execute Building Management System (BMS) key project works. Perform BMS maintenance tasks, both onsite and remotely. Develop and implement BMS and energy optimisation projects.
- Task Management: Take responsibility for tasks assigned by the Project Management team, ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders to overcome obstacles and prevent delays.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal management, clients, and third parties to achieve project goals.
- Skill Development: Continuously update skills and knowledge relevant to the role and expertise.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Background: Degree or qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- BMS Systems: Qualification or experience with Trend BMS systems. Knowledge or experience with Cylon, ALC, Siemens, or Niagara systems would be advantageous but not essential. Experience with Trend IQ Vision/N4 would be beneficial but not essential.
- Other Requirements: Full, clean driving license. Eligibility to work in the UK.
