Field-Based | Lighting Solutions

Our client is seeking an Area Sales Manager to join their growing sales team, responsible for selling innovative lighting solutions across the South East of England.

Territory Coverage

Postcodes include: BN, BR, CR, CT, DA, KT3-6, KT9-10, KT18-24, NE, RH, SE, SM, TN

The Role

This is a field-based sales position where you will take full ownership of your territory, driving business growth through both new business development and existing account management. You will be responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with:

  • Specifiers
  • Designers
  • Electrical Wholesalers
  • Contractors
  • End Users

The role focuses on providing tailored lighting solutions, generating specifications, and managing projects from initial enquiry through to completion.

Background & Experience

Extensive training will be provided, so candidates do not need prior lighting industry experience. Applications are welcomed from sales professionals in related technical or construction-led sectors. Candidates with a lighting design or engineering background are of particular interest. Must be able to work remotely as part of a regional and national sales team. A full UK driving licence is essential.

The ideal individual will remain calm under pressure, be well organised, and demonstrate a genuine passion for success.
