We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning bias Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position covering the Suffolk area. This position will be working for an established Building Services Company dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance of AHUs, Fan Coils, Split Systems and VRVs as well as dealing with other building services maintenance and compliance.
The right person for this position will already have a strong background in Air Conditioning planned and reactive maintenance and has experience dealing with building maintenance. This is a mobile position; it is only covering a small region and no London work.
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of Air Conditioning Systems
- Able to do planned and reactive maintenance on splits, AHUs and VRVs
- Happy to do other building services maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Must have Fgas licence
- Based in Suffolk but happy to support other regions if needed (not London)
