Group Transport & Trade Compliance Manager Location: Swindon – Hybrid 3 days onsite Are you an expert in international freight management and trade compliance? Join a dynamic, growing group as the Group Transport & Trade Compliance Manager. About the Role: You’ll be the subject matter expert and lead driver for transport and trade compliance across the business, developing innovative solutions to streamline customer transactions and turn compliance into a competitive edge. Working alongside senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you’ll deliver cost savings, operational improvements, and top-tier customer experiences. What You’ll Do: Develop and implement seamless processes for imports, exports, and shipments across multiple businesses. Lead trade compliance and documentation activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Analyse freight data and costs, identify savings, drive supplier performance, and lead improvement projects. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and inspire positive change. Audit and review freight invoices, network design, and supplier contracts.
