About Us:
Solutions Driven is working with a global industrial manufacturing company and is seeking a fluent German-speaking recruiter to join. As a remote-embedded recruiter for one of our clients, you will be the face of Solutions Driven while delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions. You’ll work closely with the client’s hiring managers and HR teams to ensure alignment with their hiring needs, culture, and business goals, providing a seamless, high-quality recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner to the client’s business units.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across various roles (sourcing and advertising, screening, selection, and offer management) for medium volume.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and advise on best hiring practices, market trends, and candidate availability.
- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Track candidate pipelines and update recruitment metrics regularly.
- Represent both the client and the agency’s brand professionally.
- Collaborate with the internal team to share market insights and optimise recruitment strategies.
- Act as a culture ambassador and support client-side onboarding activities if required.
Key Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of proven experience in agency or in-house recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
- Experience working on-site or embedded within a client environment is a plus.
- Comfortable using ATS systems; tech-savvy with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
- Fluency in German is required.
