Solutions Driven is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst on behalf of one of our clients who operates in the Aerospace and Defence manufacturing space.

POSITION SUMMARY

Interface to the company's customers and distributors, handling and managing:

  • Lead distribution
  • Data requests
  • Quotations (Catalogue Products)
  • Liaison with Bid Team (Non-Catalogue Products)
  • Executes/Guides Order Entry Process
  • Order Acknowledgements
  • Backlog reconciliation
  • RMA escalation

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Coordination with Sales Operations of the Business Units, Strategic Accounts Managers, Technology office and Systems Architects.
  • Ensure data Integrity of SalesForce content (opportunities, forecast, values, current phase, risks, Pwin, etc), highlighting incoherences.
  • Support Strategic Accounts Managers in verifying new opportunities to ensure they are created correctly in CRM and are regularly and accurately updated. – Develops and maintains relationships with other Business Units and company functions to delight the customer and ensure rapid closure of business.
  • Delivers customer quotes for products for catalogue products and builds robust follow-up process
  • Responsible for Sales Documents storage
  • Other tasks that may be required from Sr. Dr. International Growth to support the Growth Organisation and reporting.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commercial/Administration an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Sales and/or business development position.
  • Experience with Aerospace Primes, Tier 1 (military and/or commercial), or high reliability industry.
  • Experience with CRM and Dashboards, data management. Experience with Salesforce and Oracle is an advantage.
  • Fluent English required, Fluent French, Spanish, and/or other languages are an advantage.
