Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on welds and metallic materials using approved methods, both in-house and on client sites.
  • Ensure all testing procedures comply with UKAS standards and current industry regulations.
  • Produce clear, detailed, and accurate inspection reports.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, providing clear communication and technical support regarding inspection results.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services and continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Commutable to Bristol or Manchester.
  • Minimum PCN Level 2 (ISO 9712) certification in:
  • Visual Inspection (VI)
  • Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
  • Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI)
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
  • Desirable Skills & Certifications

    • PCN Level 2 (ISO 9712) in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT).
    • CSWIP 3.1 certification.
    • Experience in Quality Control and Corrosion Inspection.
    • Strong understanding of industry standards and procedures.
    • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
