Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Research & Target Identification
  • Conduct research to identify potential acquisition targets in the TIC sector.
  • Analyse industry trends and competitive landscapes to support origination efforts.
  • Assist in building and maintaining a target pipeline.
  1. Financial & Strategic Analysis
  • Support the analysis of financial statements and business performance metrics for potential targets.
  • Prepare market and company profiles to assess strategic fit.
  • Contribute to the preparation of valuation models and investment cases.
  1. Transaction Support
  • Assist with due diligence processes, including gathering and organising key documents and information.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements
