We are seeking a Field Technician / Site Operative / Driller to support environmental and geotechnical site investigations. This is a hands on outdoor role involving drilling operations, sample collection, site monitoring, equipment maintenance, and health and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilitie
sSite Investigation & Field Operation
- sPrepare, organize, and pack equipment required for daily site work
- .Assist with the operation of a tracked windowless sampling drilling rig, initially as an Assistant Driller with progression opportunities to Lead Driller
- .Operate and assist with mini-excavators, breakers, and other site equipment
- .Collect soil samples for laboratory testing and analysis
- .Conduct groundwater and ground gas monitoring activities
- .Record field data accurately, including borehole logs, site notes, and site investigation photographs
Equipment & Vehicle Maintenan
- ceClean, maintain, and inspect drilling rigs and associated equipment to ensure operational readines
