We're partnering with a well established specialist engineering manufacturer in Leicestershire to appoint a Talent & Development Manager who will own both sides of the people agenda.
Hiring the right people. Then helping them grow.
You'll run recruitment end to end, building pipelines and making direct hiring the norm rather than the exception.
Alongside that, you'll shape onboarding, learning and development, so new starters land well and great people have somewhere to go.

- Manufacturing, engineering or industrial experience is a bonus, not a must
