An established and growing business operating within the construction, infrastructure, testing and technical services sector is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead its national sales function. This is a genuine player-manager opportunity, combining strategic sales leadership with hands-on responsibility for major customer relationships and key commercial opportunities.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead a team of Business Development Managers while shaping commercial strategy, driving profitable revenue growth, and improving sales performance across the business. The Opportunity
This role has been created to provide dedicated leadership to a growing sales function and support the next phase of commercial development. You'll inherit responsibility for key strategic customer relationships while leading and developing a team of three Business Development Managers located across the UK. Alongside driving revenue growth, you'll play a key role in strengthening commercial disciplines around pricing, forecasting, account quality and profitability.
