A growing, specialist electronics and engineering solutions business is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead the development of its inside sales capability. Operating in technically complex markets, the company is entering a new phase of growth and is investing in building a more structured and scalable commercial function.
This is a key hire with responsibility for bringing together multiple inside sales teams into a single, aligned function. You will play a central role in improving customer experience, enabling sales effectiveness and supporting revenue growth. The role offers the chance to influence how the commercial organisation operates, with real ownership over process, structure and team development.
Key responsibilities:- Lead, coach and develop the inside sales team
