Due to continued growth, NAPIT is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Tutor to join its training team based at its Potters Bar training centre.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician or electrical trainer who enjoys sharing their knowledge and developing the next generation of electrical professionals. Based at the Potters Bar training centre, you'll deliver engaging, high-quality training across a range of electrical qualifications while supporting course development, maintaining industry standards and ensuring an outstanding learner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver NAPIT electrical training courses using approved learning materials, presentations and assessments.
- Create an engaging and supportive learning environment for delegates with varying levels of experience.
- Ensure all training is delivered in line with current legislation, awarding body requirements and best practice.
- Support learners throughout their training and assessments.
- Maintain training equipment, workshops and practical rigs to the highest health and safety standards.
- Support Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) activities and compliance with Awarding Organisation requirements.
- Assist with the development and continuous improvement of training courses and materials.
- Provide technical support and guidance where required.
- Attend internal and external meetings to support business development and technical initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and health.
