🚨 We're Hiring: Compliance Manager | Poole, UK 🚨
Are you a proactive and solutions-driven compliance professional with a passion for health & safety, quality, and environmental standards?
We're looking for a Compliance Manager to join our team in Poole, helping us ensure we operate safely, sustainably, and to the highest standards across all sites and operations.
📍 Location: Poole, UK
🕗 Work Hours: Mon–Fri, 08:00–16:30
🚗 Travel: Some travel to other company sites (company vehicle provided)
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead H&S compliance across company sites, labs, and client locations
- Supervise our Health & Safety Coordinator
- Manage audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments
- Maintain and improve our quality systems (ISO, UKAS, MCERTS)
- Drive sustainability and Net Zero initiatives
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience in HSEQ compliance and facilities management
- Working knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, etc.)
- Relevant H&S qualifications (NEBOSH, NCRQ, IRCA)
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with audits, contractor oversight, and incident reporting
Desirable:
- Background in engineering, labs, construction, or environmental sectors
- Multi-site or cross-functional compliance experience
