We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Compliance Officer to join a dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal practice.

Duties
- Support the smooth running of the legal and compliance departments.
- Undertake legal and regulatory research and support the drafting specialist.
- Deliver key aspects of quality improvements.
- Be an ambassador for compliance culture and standards.
- Demonstrate the highest standards of compliance behaviour.
- Raise awareness of regulatory requirements and compliance policies across the firm.
- Report to the COLP and MLRO.
Experience
- Experience within a similar compliance officer or money laundering role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with IT systems relevant to legal practice.
- Excellent organisational abilities with a proactive approach to time management.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and colleagues professionally.
