At Solutions4Health, we work in communities to improve health, reduce inequalities and support people to make lasting lifestyle changes. We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Project Support Officer to join our team in Berkshire.

About the Role:

  • Manage client referrals, bookings and data on the QM10 system
  • Act as the main contact for clients, supporting engagement and attendance
  • Coordinate clinics, venues and coach resources to ensure smooth delivery
  • Support service promotion through website updates, social media and events
  • Monitor outcomes, run reports and maintain strong partner relationships

  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Communicating effectively with clients, partners and stakeholders
  • Managing your workload efficiently while meeting deadlines

You’ll have:

  • Ability to work independently as part of a team
