Our client based near to Forest Row, East Sussex are looking for a permanent, part time bookkeeper. The hours are 9am until 3pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, but there could be some flexibility on hours.

The salary is £17.00 to £18.00 per hour depending on experience.
Would suit a person able to drive due to the location and free parking is available.
The role would be working with the accounting package Xero. Posting sales invoices and allocating payments. Producing a debtors report, referring for reasons unpaid and debt chasing. Bank reconciliation. Managing and paying suppliers as they fall due. Weekly takings report. Balancing and monitoring Till, petty cash and fuel box. Reconciling credit card invoices and recharges. Collating information for staff payroll. Maintaining spread sheets and cash flow. Producing invoices and recharging across other companies.
The ideal candidate would have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills and have previous experience gained from a financial background
