Our client is a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor based in London. Due to an expanding team and workload, they require a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager.

You must have:

  • 7 years' experience within the construction industry as a quantity surveyor
  • BSc, MSc or HND qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience dealing with clients and contractors on a frequent basis
  • Been the main point of contact on regular projects
  • Experience with JCT & NEC Contracts

Salary: £100k-120k + package dependent on experience or £600 - 700 p/d inside IR35.

They are also in the market for Intermediate M&E Quantity Surveyors. You must live in the UK as this is an immediate opportunity. To be considered, you must already be working within M&E Building Services Contracting.
