Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

Our client are the leading Main Contractor in the fit out market – London

Due to expanding team and work load, require a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager

You must have:-

• 7 years\’ experience within the construction industry as a quantity surveyor
• BSC, MSc or HND qualification (or equivalent)
• The Senior Surveyor has experienced dealing with the client and contractors on a frequent basis
• Has been the main point of contact on regular projects
• Has experience within fit out projects preferred

Salary £90k-£110k+package dependent on experience

They are also in the market for Intermediate M&E Quantity Surveyors.

You must live in the UK as this is an immediate opportunity

To be considered, you must already be working within M&E Building Services Contracting!!!
