Solution Search are currently assisting a Tier 1 M&E contractor based in central London. They are in search of an MEP Senior Contracts Manager/Contracts Manager/Project Director to deliver high value FIT OUT projects. You will lead the overall operational delivery of a major/strategic ME&P project, up to the total value of £100+ million. Ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction are delivered through effective leadership, high performing teams and exceptional internal and external stakeholder management.
Experience managing large projects and teams from pre-construction through to PC is non-negotiable.
Responsibilities:- Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)
- Deliver project within budget and on time.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects.
- HNC/HND or relevant MEP experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in product management
Salary up to £115k - £125k + package - all dependent on experience. UK Applicants only. To be considered, you must already be working within M&E Building Services Contracting!
