Solution is looking to attract the skills and services of a Senior Project Manager specialising in cut & carve refurbishment from cradle to grave. Our client is a highly respected and established (1960) main contractor undertaking complex refurbishments across commercial offices, theatres, student accommodation, mixed use, education and healthcare sectors up to 30m in value.
Owing to continued success, project awards and progressive business growth (T/O 150m), they wish to appoint a project lead for a 15m commercial office structural refurbishment occupying a commanding position near Charing Cross, Temple.
They are looking for an allrounder with the capability to coach people whilst fronting clients and driving the project. You will be able to demonstrate a successful history gained with top 30 main contractors holding relevant structurally complex diverse project experience including values. Applications are welcome from trade or graduate backgrounds (BSC hons).
