We are currently working with a well-established and growing M&E contractor based in Rochester who are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join their pre-construction team. The business delivers a range of projects across commercial, residential and fit-out sectors, with a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming work.

The Role:

  • Preparing detailed mechanical estimates from drawings and specifications
