We are currently working with a well-established and growing M&E contractor based in Rochester who are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join their pre-construction team. The business delivers a range of projects across commercial, residential and fit-out sectors, with a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming work.
The Role:
- Preparing detailed mechanical estimates from drawings and specifications
- Reviewing tender documentation and producing accurate cost plans
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Supporting the pre-construction team throughout the tender process
- Working closely with commercial and operational teams to ensure smooth handover
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within M&E / Building Services
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and associated costs
