Solution Search are currently looking to grow their busy recruitment team. Solution Recruitment have a strong presence within the construction industry. This will allow the right individuals to develop in their recruitment career. We have a new office, which includes a free gym, cafe and exceptional facilities.
You will:
- Work closely across the construction sector with the other Consultants
- Sourcing candidates for roles
- Mapping out companies/contacts on the CRM system
- Assisting with setting up events
- Networking face-to-face and virtually
- Create a strong LinkedIn presence
- Updating details on the database ensuring accurate entry
What would be expected:
- Confidence speaking with clients and candidates via phone/email
- Motivated to succeed and aim towards becoming a consultant
- Can think outside the box and adapt with working with various candidates and clients
