Role OverviewWe are currently seeking qualified Electricians to join a long-term project on a hospital site in Orpington. This is an excellent opportunity to secure stable, ongoing work on a well-managed site within a professional environment. The role will involve working across a live healthcare setting, carrying out a combination of maintenance and small works while ensuring minimal disruption to site operations.
Key Responsibilities- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive maintenance and fault finding
- Minor installation and upgrade works
- Working safely within a live environment
- Adhering to site health & safety procedures
- JIB Gold Card / ECS Gold – Essential
- 18th Edition (BS7671)
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
- Proven experience in commercial projects
- Ability to work independently and from drawings
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
- Good understanding of health & safety compliance
Previous experience working in hospital or healthcare environments is advantageous but not essential.
