Solution Search are working in partnership with a leading Tier 1 M&E contractor delivering landmark commercial projects across London. They are currently looking for a Mechanical Construction Manager to take ownership of site delivery on a large-scale scheme.

The Role:

  • Overseeing mechanical installation on site
  • Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades
  • Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved
  • Ensuring all works are delivered in line with QA and H&S standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager on major projects
  • Strong understanding of mechanical building services systems
  • Ability to manage teams and drive site progress
  • Experience working with Tier 1 or leading M&E contractors

Package:

  • £80,000 – £95,000 + package
  • London-based projects
  • Immediate start preferred (UK-based candidates only)
