Solution Search are currently assisting a leading M&E Contractor delivering a major new-build data centre project near High Wycombe. Our client is seeking Mechanical Construction Managers to join the team on a fast-paced 9.5MW data centre project with a circa £90M M&E package value. You will be responsible for overseeing mechanical subcontract packages, managing site activities, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager
- Data centre experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety and quality control
- Experience with look-ahead planning, materials, and plant management
- Ability to manage subcontractors on large-scale projects
- Must be able to commute to Saunderton near High Wycombe
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
