Solution Search are currently assisting a leading M&E Contractor delivering a major new-build data centre project near High Wycombe. Our client is seeking Electrical Construction Managers to join the team on a fast-paced 9.5MW data centre project with a circa £90M M&E package value. This role will involve managing large teams of operatives on site while ensuring the highest standards of health & safety, quality, and programme delivery are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Electrical Construction Manager
- Data centre experience preferred
- Strong Health & Safety and quality management experience
- Ability to manage subcontractors, materials, and look-ahead planning
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects
- Must be able to commute to Saunderton near High Wycombe
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
Salary: £65,000 – £85,000 + package
Immediate and end-of-May starts available.
