We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join a well-established M&E contractor based in Dartford. The business is continuing to grow and has a strong pipeline of work across commercial fit-out, residential and shell & core projects, creating an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress within a dynamic team.
The Role:
- Preparing detailed mechanical estimates from first principles
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
- Supporting the pre-construction team on bids and tenders
- Working closely with commercial and operational teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within M&E / Building Services
- Strong knowledge of mechanical packages and market rates
- Experience across commercial or residential projects
