Solution recruitment are currently assisting a busy M&E contractor, that has been awarded a residential development in Camden. To implement the companies Quality processes and check work is carried out to a high quality.
- Site Inspections
- Provide written QC reports
- Technical Submittals
- Assisting the PMs and Supervisors on quality
- Create, update, and maintain the project submittal log and all other project specific quality control report
- Responsible for maintaining QA procedures on site and keeping all relevant records, files and reports for inspection
- Attend preconstruction meetings where required and assist QC Manager with all Quality Issues
- Assist Project Team with any QA questions
- Maintain continuous reporting to the Project Manager
- Prepare and track all RFIs
- Knowledge of Software such as BIM 360/Fieldview
- Snagging the installation both on scheduled walkdowns and observations
- Snag list/Sign off
- Ensuring accuracy of packs before client handover
- Preparing reports for management on quality issues
- Quality Walk around with Teams
- Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings, specifications, and regulations.
