We are working with a customer focused kitchen showroom based in Woodford, specialising in high quality German kitchens. They are looking for an experienced and personable Kitchen Designer to join their close knit team and help deliver outstanding design-led solutions for their customers.
About the Role
You will be responsible for guiding clients through the full kitchen design journey – from initial consultation and concept design to final sign-off and installation support. This is a customer facing role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering beautifully considered kitchens.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing kitchens using Winner Design software
- Conducting in-showroom and in-home client consultations
- Creating functional, stylish, and technically accurate kitchen designs
- Presenting designs confidently and professionally to clients
- Managing projects from design through to installation
- Liaising with installers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Supporting the installation process with technical knowledge and on site experience
- Providing a high level of customer service throughout the entire journey
Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Designer
- Strong working knowledge of Winner Design software
- Experience with German kitchen systems (experience with Nobilia highly desirable)
- Installation experience or strong technical understanding of kitchen fitting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Desirable
- Previous showroom experience
- Sales experience within the kitchen or interiors industry
- Knowledge of appliances, worktops, and accessories
