Well-established, family-run building contractor with a strong reputation for quality workmanship and excellent client service require a senior contracts manager to help drive projects and the business to the next stage of growth. Projects range from bespoke residential refurbishments to commercial fit-outs and small new-build developments within both the public and private sector. Project values range from £50k to £2m.

You will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team to ensure all works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple contracts simultaneously
  • Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and suppliers
  • Prepare and manage programmes of work
  • Monitor project costs, progress, and quality
  • Oversee procurement and subcontractor performance
