Freelance Site Manager – Small Works London / City | Immediate Start
We're recruiting for a growing commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor delivering fast-paced workplace projects across London, typically ranging from £10k–£200k in value. The successful Site Manager will take ownership of multiple small works projects, managing subcontractors, programme, quality and H&S while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Requirements:
- Site Management experience within fit-out/refurbishment
- Experience delivering projects up to £200k
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
- Strong client-facing skills
- Able to manage multiple live projects
