Small but growing construction company specialising in residential and commercial refurbishment projects £25k to 500k are looking for a reliable and organised Account/Project Manager to oversee multiple small projects and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing several ongoing construction projects. This includes acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle * Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple small-scale construction projects * Track project progress, update timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget * Prepare and review project documentation, proposals, budgets, and change orders * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution * Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address issues proactively * Handle client communications, resolve issues, and provide regular updates * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies * Support business development efforts through client retention and referral generation You will need * 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination, account management, or related role * Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology * Excellent organisational and time management skills * Strong interpersonal and communication abilities * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously * Valid driver’s license (site visits required)
