Project Manager - Data Centre - Northampton Location: Northampton Duration: Contract Rate: Excellent Day Rate - Limited Company - Start: Immediate We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a major data centre project in Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Pre-Task Safety Analysis (PTSA) process. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage PTSA activities across multiple work packages. * Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe delivery of works. * Review and challenge construction methodologies and risk assessments. * Ensure all health & safety documentation is completed to a high standard. * Liaise with client representatives, principal contractors and site management teams. * Monitor programme, quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. * Drive a strong safety culture across the project. Candidate Requirements * Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale construction projects. * Previous data centre experience highly desirable. * Strong understanding of PTSA, RAMS and construction health & safety processes. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications preferred. * Ability to start at short notice.
