We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a major data centre project in Northampton.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Pre-Task Safety Analysis (PTSA) process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage PTSA activities across multiple work packages.
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe delivery of works.
- Review and challenge construction methodologies and risk assessments.
- Ensure all health & safety documentation is completed to a high standard.
- Liaise with client representatives, principal contractors and site management teams.
- Monitor programme, quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive a strong safety culture across the project.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
- Previous data centre experience highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of PTSA, RAMS and construction health & safety processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications preferred.
- Ability to start at short notice.
