Freelance Site Manager – Warehouse Conversion 24 Weeks | £300k Project | Fit-Out / D&B I’m currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to take full responsibility for a £300k warehouse conversion project. This is a stand-alone Site Manager role, running the project from site and taking responsibility for the day-to-day delivery, subcontractors, health & safety, programme and quality. You’ll be working for a new, small and ambitious D&B fit-out contractor, so they need someone who is comfortable taking ownership of a project and getting stuck in. The Role: * 24-week freelance contract * £300k warehouse conversion * Stand-alone Site Manager position * Managing subcontractors and site activity * Programme, quality and H&S responsibility * Reporting back to the Contracts/Project team Ideally you’ll have: * Strong Site Management experience * Fit-out / refurbishment / warehouse experience * SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS * Experience running your own projects * A hands-on, proactive approach Interested?
