A Freelance Project Manager is required for a 12-week £1m commercial fit out project based in Lincoln, working for a Tier 1 Design & Build London fit-out contractor.
The Role:
- Full end-to-end Project Management of a fast-track fit out
- Client-facing role, acting as main point of contact
- Managing programme, cost control and design coordination
- Overseeing site teams and subcontractors
- Driving quality, health & safety, and timely delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects
- Background with Tier 1 or reputable D&B contractors preferred
- Strong programme and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage a live, fast-paced site environment
- SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS (preferred)
