The Role
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, programme and coordinate all aspects of project delivery.
- Lead project teams to achieve programme, quality and financial objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with public sector clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Oversee quality assurance, snagging, commissioning and final handover.
The successful candidate will have
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
- Experience delivering public sector projects.
- A strong understanding of JCT contracts and construction project management.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A full UK driving licence
