Well established family owned construction company specialising in the delivery of high-quality public sector projects across a range of sectors, including education, healthcare, local authority, and community buildings require two project managers to join their expanding team. Projects typically range in value from 500K to 3 million and typically cover London and the South-East.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, programme and coordinate all aspects of project delivery.
  • Lead project teams to achieve programme, quality and financial objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with public sector clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
  • Oversee quality assurance, snagging, commissioning and final handover.
