We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to deliver a £15m live school refurbishment project in Chelmsford, working for a well-established Tier 1 main contractor. This is a high-profile education project involving complex refurbishment works, demanding strong stakeholder management, programme control, and a proactive approach to on-site delivery within a live environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on refurbishment projects (£10m+)
- Strong background working for Tier 1 or large Tier 2 main contractors
- Previous education / school refurbishment experience highly desirable
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
