We are seeking an experienced Freelance Construction Manager / Site Manager to work on an established University framework across the Kent area. This role involves delivering small works packages across multiple university buildings and estates, working on behalf of a small but growing contractor.

Scope of Works

  • Small works projects across active university environments
  • Fire door upgrades and associated compliance works
  • Planned and reactive works within occupied buildings
  • Coordination of subcontractors and direct labour
  • Ensuring health & safety, quality, and programme delivery

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience managing small works projects
