We are seeking an experienced Freelance Construction Manager / Site Manager to work on an established University framework across the Kent area. This role involves delivering small works packages across multiple university buildings and estates, working on behalf of a small but growing contractor.
Scope of Works
- Small works projects across active university environments
- Fire door upgrades and associated compliance works
- Planned and reactive works within occupied buildings
